TL;DR: This is a website analysis I did as part of my apprenticeship with Level 11 Technology for a client. The website evaluation addressed opportunities to improve information hierarchy, add key policy statements, and address issues that increase the cognitive load on disabled and able users.

TL;DR: This is my first international client; I consulted for an AI startup from the Netherlands. I checked for accessibility compliance with the GDPR and WCAG, and provided user testing feedback from an accessibility perspective. My recommendations and findings were incorporated into the company’s roadmap for the next phase of the app development cycle.

TL;DR: I provided a local nightclub that features live performances with a detailed accessibility and UX/UI evaluation. The clients used this info to refine their website’s accessibility and update their newsletter feature to retain customers, and inform potential new customers for them.

TL;DR:

I’m a UX design generalist. I have consulted for local and international companies and provided accessibility compliance evaluations for their websites and apps. Great design starts with accessibility, I achieve this with design thinking based on psychology research, and customer experience.
