TL;DR: This is a website analysis I did as part of my apprenticeship with Level 11 Technology for a client. The website evaluation addressed opportunities to improve information hierarchy, add key policy statements, and address issues that increase the cognitive load on disabled and able users.

  • Difficult to find important information like business hours and how to book special events.
• Major Accessibility
  • The color contrast for the contact form is below WCAG standards for able-vision users and is impossible to see for certain CVD users.
