TL;DR: I did in-house consultant work for a local credit union. This is my biggest project to date; the website contains over 50 pages. I provided a comprehensive UX accessibility and UX marketing audit of the website that the marketing team used to make branding and website design changes.
Highlights:

- First Impressions
- The website’s primary function of logging in is clear. The website’s large number of retail banking products suggests that applying now can be co-primary function.
- Wayfinding and Navigation
- The CTA buttons do not maintain a consistent look across the website. The text provided with the CTAs offers limited context clues about the actions’ results.
- Major Accessibility
- The website has several broken links and links that open other websites in the same tab.
